Positive: Professionalism , Quality , Responsiveness Rodney was very thorough and informative. Throughout the inspection he explained the process, and encouraged our questions. From his responses it was apparent that he is highly skilled in home construction and repair. He was very personable and professional. The report generated was comprehensive and easy to understand. It will be a valuable resource going forward as it includes pictures and ages of the HVAC and water heater. The report also flagged items that need to be monitored for repair. Billy was great. Very friendly; polite & thorough in the inspection. He took his time inspecting the house inside and out. More importantly, he went thru his findings; he pointed out specific items that were of a concern (even if minor); and explained what the concern was and why. I'm moving from Illinois, and am used to having a basement; and different set up for water& sewer lines. Billy shared information of things I would need to watch for and what to do or not do in given circumstances. Very helpful. I would totally recommend him. Billy was great. Positive: Professionalism , Quality , Responsiveness , Value Billy at Pro Comp has so far helped me with three home inspections as an out of state buyer. Each time the process was smooth and timely as required for closing. He was even so kind as to stop an inspection that had significant safety/structural findings and ask if I wished to proceed with the whole inspection and offered a refund. His work ultimately saved me from over-paying on what amounted to a tear down. I will definitely use his services in the future. We used Billy for our home inspection and Billy was great! His report was very detailed, and as he worked through the house, if there was something noteworthy (significant enough to go in the report and be verbalized, a relevant maintenance tidbit, etc.), he called us over and talked us through whatever it was. As first time homebuyers, I can see how incredibly helpful this is. We've purchased homes throughout the US and Billy was by far the best of the best. Billie from ProComp did an excellent job inspecting a condo that I am purchasing. He pinpointed several deficiencies and safety hazards that need prompt attention. Also, he is very efficient. I even had the inspection report in my email before he left the property.
